It is a very cosy hotel, in a very good location and the breakfast and the food are very delicious. The staff is lovely, friendly and helpful.
Nice Room, but the curtain is not broud enough, so the room is not dark in the evening/night. The water cleaner in toilet is also not long enough. But in the end the hotel and Staff very friendly.
Really nice, fresh hotel, centre of Tornio. Good aircondition. Good cleaning. Nice decoration,really good breakfast, nice staff. Would go again. You may hear some noice from cars from the below street at weekends, since the rooms are at second floor.
First, what a pleasure to discover body hair in the sink, but expected that the bedroom was pretty clean, just one thing to know: we hear everything other room, a little issue with privacy. Then, the dinner and the breakfast were bad. Nevertheless, the place is very well decorated and the receptionist and waitress were very nice.
We only went there for breakfast. Based on that, I would definitely go there again! Next time to sleep as well. Breakfast tasted great, the atmosphere was wonderful and the service beyond friendly. Thumbs up!
Stayed in suite with sauna after one week of backpacking in wilderness. Room was on a bit pricey side but worth of every cent - very spacious, stylish, and most importantly excellent sauna. Personel was super friendly and went over what could be expected to organize us some food to room when we were not in presentable condition to go to restaurant after a long hike. After searching for a good restaurant that serves local food - I sat down to eat here. The atmosphere is good and the food is so delicious !!! I ate the local Poronkäristys dish with a delicious salad and beer - wonderful! highly recommend
This is very good and luxurious hotel however I lived in Grand. It's a bit not convenient to check in at one hotel and then go to another one. The same is with breakfast. Food is very delicious. The rooms are huge and the sauna as well, but instructions how to switch it on could be better.
